Curt Sullan was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1962. He grew up in Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Glenbrook North High School in 1980. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1984 with a Bachelors degree in political science, with a double minor in English and Philosophy. Mr. Sullan graduated from the University of Denver in 1988 with a Juris Doctor. While at the University of Denver, Mr. Sullan served on two law reviews and was a member of the Moot Court.

Mr. Sullan has worked with Sullan ² , Sandgrund, Smith & Perczak, P.C. (formerly Vanatta, Sullan, Sandgrund, Sullan & Smith, P.C.) since 1988. Mr. Sullan's practice emphasizes construction litigation, suretyship, contractor issues, insurance coverage and product liability. Mr. Sullan has trial experience in several areas including construction litigation, personal injury, product liability and franchise law. 

Mr. Sullan is presently a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations. Mr. Sullan's interests include glass sculpture, running, skiing, biking, trap shooting and golfing.
