Denver Construction Defect Lawyers

The Firm is regularly called on to translate complicated construction defect problems into easy-to-understand concepts for judges and juries. Here are some samples of two “slide show” trial exhibits we created in order to better communicate the homeowner’s point of view to judges and juries:

(Slide show may take several moments to load. Click on down arrow (↓) in lower right-hand corner of pop-up screen, or left click on mouse, to advance slides -- click on up arrow (↑) in upper right-hand corner of pop-up screen to go back.  Note: These slide shows will not run unless your computer has sufficient memory.)

Consumer Reports® has created a useful graphic alerting homeowners how to identify substandard construction.

Effective October 1, 2007, the firm name changed to Sullan2, Sandgrund, Smith & Perczak, P.C. Mr. Sandgrund became "Of Counsel" then as well, and Ms. Mari Perczak joined the firm on that date and become a shareholder. It will take several weeks for the website to be updated to reflect these changes.
