Denver Construction Defect Lawyers

Attorneys Ron Sandgrund, Scott Sullan and Leslie Tuft have authored the only books devoted to Colorado construction defect claims and related insurance coverage matters, along with many leading articles concerning Colorado homeowner rights. Their book, "Residential Construction Law in Colorado," won the 2011 national Award of Professional Excellence given by the Association for Continuing Legal Education.

The Firm’s attorneys’ work has been referred to in decisions by both the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. Journal articles by Firm members were chosen to be republished nationwide in West Publishing's "Legal Handbook for Architects, Engineers and Contractors," in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011 as reflecting "cutting-edge thinking" in "construction litigation."

Books: While all these books discuss legal principles and leading cases from around the United States, their focus is on Colorado residential construction defect litigation and closely connected insurance coverage issues. Persons living outside Colorado can use the book as a tool for spotting important issues and identifying leading cases and current trends as of the date of publication.
