The Voice of Colorados Homeowners
Sullan2, Sandgrund, Smith & Perczak, P.C.
Denver Construction Defect Lawyers
Attorneys Ron Sandgrund and Scott Sullan have authored the only books devoted to Colorado construction defect claims and related insurance coverage matters, along with many leading articles concerning Colorado homeowner rights. The Firm’s attorneys’ work has been referred to in decisions by both the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. Journal articles by Firm members were chosen to be republished nationwide in the "Legal Handbook for Architects, Engineers and Contractors," in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 as reflecting "cutting-edge thinking" in "construction litigation."
Books: While all these books discuss legal principles and leading cases from around the United States, their focus is on Colorado residential construction defect litigation and closely connected insurance coverage issues. Persons living outside Colorado can use the book as a tool in spotting important issues and identifying leading cases and current trends as of the date of publication.
